Further Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying distinct parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.

More images released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
